These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://petlavo.com (the "Site") and any products, services, content, or features offered by PetLavo ("PetLavo, " "we, " "us, " or "our").

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use the Site or place an order.

The Site is not intended for children under 13.

2. Products and Product Information

PetLavo sells pet-related products and accessories.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, prices, colors, sizes, and availability accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all product information is error-free, complete, current, or exact.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colors, sizing, packaging, materials, or details may vary slightly due to manufacturing differences, screen settings, supplier updates, or product improvements.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change prices, cancel orders, or discontinue products at any time.

3. No Veterinary or Medical Advice

PetLavo products and content are not veterinary advice, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Any product descriptions related to comfort, calming, cooling, grooming, travel, or daily use are general product descriptions only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, behavioral condition, or health problem in pets.

Always consult a licensed veterinarian for questions about your pet's health, safety, behavior, or medical needs.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, shipping restrictions, product availability, or violation of these Terms.

An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted when we process and fulfill it.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

Prices do not include taxes, duties, customs fees, import fees, or other government charges unless expressly stated. Applicable taxes and fees may be added at checkout or may be charged separately by carriers or authorities.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

6. Shipping

Shipping times shown on the Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

We may work with multiple suppliers, warehouses, and fulfillment partners. Items in the same order may ship separately, arrive in different packages, have different tracking numbers, and be delivered on different dates.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, failure to claim, or carrier issue, we may, at our discretion, offer reshipment at your cost or issue a refund minus shipping, handling, processing, or other non-recoverable costs. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Delivery Delays

Delivery dates are estimates. Delays may occur due to carrier delays, customs, supplier processing, weather, holidays, high order volume, address issues, or events outside our control.

If we cannot ship within the time stated at checkout or in our shipping policy, we may notify you and provide available options where required by applicable law.

8. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided or otherwise marked as delivered by the carrier.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier and our support team. We may help investigate, but we are not responsible for theft, loss, or misdelivery after confirmed delivery.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Under our 30-day money-back guarantee, you may return an order for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Products may be opened and tried during this period. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned according to our return instructions with all included parts and accessories, and must not show intentional damage, excessive misuse, or missing components.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for:

Items with intentional damage, excessive misuse, or in unsanitary condition
Items missing parts or accessories
Final sale items
Gift cards
Items returned without authorization
Items outside the return window
Products not purchased from PetLavo

Shipping fees, handling fees, processing fees, and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless required by law.

10. Cancellations

Orders may be processed quickly. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order is placed.

If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at info@petlavo.com.

If the order has already been processed, shipped, or submitted to a fulfillment partner, cancellation may not be possible.

11. Promotions, Discounts, and Coupons

Promotions, discount codes, and coupons are subject to availability and may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.

Discount codes:

Must be used before checkout is completed
Cannot be applied retroactively
May not be combined unless expressly stated
May be limited to certain products, customers, regions, or dates
Have no cash value

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse promotions in cases of abuse, error, fraud, or misuse.

12. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes

You represent that your submissions are truthful, lawful, and do not violate the rights of others.

We may remove, edit, or refuse content at our discretion.

15. Third-Party Services

The Site may use third-party services for payments, shipping, email, analytics, hosting, fraud prevention, and other operations.

We are not responsible for the actions, errors, policies, or availability of third-party services.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetLavo and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost business, or loss of goodwill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Site, products, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to PetLavo for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PetLavo, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Site
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any law or third-party right
Your misuse of products
Information or content you submit to us

19. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Please contact us first at info@petlavo.com so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any purchase from PetLavo will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if eligible.

Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis. You and PetLavo waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, consolidated action, or representative action.

This section does not prevent either party from seeking temporary or preliminary relief in court to protect intellectual property, confidential information, or security interests.

20. Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and PetLavo agree that any dispute will be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative proceeding.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If arbitration is not enforceable for a particular claim, courts located in New Castle County, Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

22. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may update the Site, products, prices, policies, and these Terms at any time.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

23. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site, cancel orders, or refuse service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or created risk for PetLavo, customers, or third parties.

24. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and any other policies posted on the Site, form the entire agreement between you and PetLavo regarding the Site and purchases from us.
